Wan Chung Construction Co., Ltd. was established in 1982. Over the years, Wan Chung has been providing various types of construction services including building construction, addition and alternation, building renovation, fitting out, repair and maintenance services for properties of major institutions, government and private sector. Wan Chung is a Registered General Building Contractor (RGBC) in Hong Kong. Wan Chung has also been approved as a registered contractor in “Group C - Building Works” of Hong Kong Development Bureau since 1992. We have consistently fulfilled the Hong Kong government's requirement in financial, technical and management aspects proving our capability to handle public works valued over HK$300 million. Wan Chung is also registered contractor for many large-scale organizations such as the Hong Kong Housing Authority, the Urban Renewal Authority, Architectural Services Department and the Link Management. We have successfully completed several hundred projects over the years and our track records are proof of our strength, reputation and experience that has earned us the trust and confidence from our customers.
